This is my first year using this product and let me tell you it’s been a very pleasant experience. The product broke and Roy has been nothing but helpful in helping me get a replacement and making sure everything was set. My dog has not had any ticks either which is huge being we live in the woods and they are thick. I’m very very satisfied with this product and will continue to use this brand!!!!

I recently got a furlife pendant for my Dog. I took a vacation and found that the core was missing when I picked him up from the dog sitter. I contacted furlife customer service and Raymon quickly got my information and sent out a replacement. Thank you for the fast and friendly customer service.

This will be my 2nd season using Furlife. Last spring, summer and fall I did not find any ticks on Zoey. We occasionally walk trails in the woods in my neighborhood and go to the dog park so we are around prone areas. Thank you for providing an alternative option my Zoey
