Excellent products and I have the proof - but not how i wanted it to happen. Customer Service - specifically Julia -- is excellent! Been using for years and Zero issues with fleas & ticks. My dog started scratching like crazy & after trip to vet, they confirmed she had fleas & was allergic to them biting her. I said how could that be? I've been using this Fur Life Pendant on all the family for years - and low and behold the bubble inside the pendant was missing. So zero issues with the pendant and when there was no pendant a nightmare ensued. Proof of a great product! Now the service I received from Julia - I sent an email describing what happened and within an hour, Julia had responded to me as well as issued a new one be sent out no charge and I received the order confirmation. Wow - that was quick!

Gilisson took care of a double order I did not want. I was done within 6 hours. I really appreciate the quick response. I am very pleased with Furlife products.

WOW! Great customer service! Had an accident with one of the dog tick and flea collar attachments.. not a company issue.. but they replaced the item at no cost!! And free shipping! Many thanks to Roy, JeAnne, Mat and Julia!! Absolutely outstanding customer service!!

I have 4 dogs amd 10 cats, I bought every one of them collars. My dogs got fleas and it cats to. I reached out to to customer service and they never responded and I guess could care less.

Mat responded to my needs very quickly and we are extremely happy with our FurLife products. Our dogs are well protected and We feel sure that they are safe from harm!

I placed a order for the Furlife pendent.I picked the wrong color.JeAnne and Glisson were so helpful and responded to my request to change the color of the pendent.Great customer service.

Well the girls, JeAnne & Julia, were very nice, helped me with my problem quickly,and it was painless. I've not seen any improvement in my flea problem yet, im hopeful.

JeAnne got my subscription cancelled in less then 5 minutes and was very helpful. My only complaint is that the product took almost 2 weeks to get to me after ordering.
