Quickly handled efficiently

Glisson and Julia showed me they truly cared about my dog. I had a very unusual situation, they took the time to listen and made me feel heard. They were quick in responding and followed through on their promise.

Well 1st this is the 2nd tag I have ordered as i love this product. I thought I ordered the red tag and made a complaint about it. Actually it was my fault but the nice lady Julia msged me back promptly and took care of the problem right away. Most companies could care less once they get your money but Furlife cares. Julia made a big difference in my opinions and I know I will be a forever furlife customer!! Thanks Julia I really appreciate all u did for me.

Great product and customer service! Julia, JeAnne, and Mat made sure I received my replacement and waited for me to come back from vacation to actually ship it. After a month of use on my dog I highly recommend and will let anyone know to give it a try!

My order got stuck in shipping. One email to support was responded to within minutes by JeAnne, who identified the issue and immediately setup a new shipment. I ordered the furlife flea and tick pendant in July and I was excited to receive this pendant that would guarantee my dog would not have to worry about fleas or ticks for a solid year. Just 1 month in and something happened and I spotted fleas so I reached out to customer service (JeAnne, Julia, & Patrick) and explained my situation and within 24 hours they sent me a replacement pendant with no hesitation, no charge. These 3 individuals were helpful and professional. Thank you for all your help

We have purchased many of the FurLife products for our 4 dogs. They are all different sizes and it helps to find a product that works. During the last 3 years I have used these for our dogs and they work great. No fleas, no ticks, no bugs. No bad smells, toxic oils, only the best for our furry friends.
