I used furlife for a year. It worked so well that I reordered this year. Unfortunately, this one had issues. I contacted Julia at customer support. What a nice young lady. She checked all of my information, sent a 2nd email needing a couple more things. But the best part, she sent me a paid in full invoice with shipping information. I so appreciate her attention to detail. Thank you so much for treating me like a valued customer.

We absolutely love this product and this is our second time buying this product. Julia and Glisson were so wonderful and very helpful with solving the issue we had. We will continue using furlife and we tell everyone we know how great it is.

Jeanne and Julia were so kind, generous and understanding of my plight with the 12 month collars. I love Fur Life and have used the collars for a few years now and have never had any issues. I had four of my cats who wear collars daily, lose and/or break their collars. I contacted Julia via email and she responded very quickly and professionally. The collars are being replaced ( I was just a little past the return) and that is what I wanted. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue with one of my Furlife products, and I was absolutely impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. Before the day was even over, Roy had offered to replace the product and arrange for a new shipment to be sent out. That kind of customer service is hard to find! The product itself smells great, and best of all, my dogs don’t seem bothered by the smell at all—which is a huge plus. 🐶❤️ We have bought several of the products, not only for our dogs, but my nieces dog and my granddog. We love Furlife🐾🐾 But I especially want to recognize Roy. He was quick to respond, friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. Thank you, Roy, for the amazing customer service and for making me feel like a valued customer. I contacted support for my issue of having my gel packs falling out of the pendants. Glisson and Julia got in contact with me and gave me some tips to help keep them in with very active dogs and they replaced the ones that fell out. Very happy with their customer service. Great company that stands behind their products and one of the few I've found that Actually work to keep ticks and fleas in the woods and not on my animals.
