I have made 3 purchases for pendants and love this product! I feel good about NOT Putting lab created chemicals on dog. We had some troubles with our pendant just a month in and Roy and Joan showed excellent customers service to get our problem taken care of and our product replaced ASAP. Thank you Roy and Joan for all your help and answering my questions in a VERY timely manner.

I am thrilled at the (almost) immediate effect of this product. My dogs had no problems adapting to the new collar attachment or the smell of the product. And the price is so much cheaper than the oral medications they were taking twice a year, so my pocket is happy too!

Been on my dogs a month now has helped some with fleas but has proven. Utterly useless against ticks still have to check them every time I bring them in from outside time not impressed
