When my product came in the mail damaged, I contacted FurLife. They fixed the problem and shipped a replacement the same week. I have had them on my dogs collars for about three weeks. They have not been bothered by flies, mosquitos or fleas in that time. I live in Texas so this isn’t a usual occurrence. The pups can sit outside in the grass and just enjoy it. I am a dog trainer and I will be recommending this product to all my clients.

Joey and Patrick are the best!! It's so refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind their product. Not only that but they are polite, efficient, have wonderful manners, character and integrity. That means a whole lot these days and is all too rare. Also, after years of searching for natural products that weren't poison making them sick and that actually work on my dogs for flea and tick prevention till I was literally beside myself and pulling out my hair I finally found FurLife. I'm just thrilled to find a product that works. It's early into my journey by a few months but I'm in a warm climate that had a mild winter, live on 6 acres, and have had a ton of rain so fleas and ticks are proliferating. Knock on wood I haven't had any problems with parasites on my precious Aussies. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Yay!
