Julia and Glisson were very helpful with a quick response and explaining that the product changed names and was still the same product I wanted. Then a few moments later I got an email saying the item that was missing was already getting being processed to be set out. Thanks again for all your help Julia and Glisson

I had ordered Fur life's Coat Guard and received a message that my order was cancelled. I wrote to find out why and Julia explained that the initial offering was already sold out as I was ordering. She helped me with another product that may help with my dog's itching and dry skin. I appreciated the help very much.

Julia exceeded all of my expectations. She responded incredibly quickly, took care of my request the very same day, and even worked on it over the weekend. Her professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to outstanding customer service truly stood out. It's rare to find someone who is so responsive, dependable, and genuinely cares about helping others. Thank you, Julia, for providing such exceptional service. I truly appreciate everything you did!
