I had bought a pendant for our dog and absolutely loved it then while our dog was scratching at his neck the pendant came out of rubber casing and he chewed it up and just in leaving a review letting yall know the product was awesome but may need some adjustments to the pendant holder part so that dogs couldn't get to it with paws while scratching or playing , the next thing I knew I was being contacted to help and fix the issue by Ramon and Julia and they were amazing even replacing my damaged item keep up the great work guys helping animals everywhere!!!!

I bought a fur life collar for my dog a couple of weeks ago. I chose this collar for the natural flea and tick repelling ingredients. It's a good thing I did because when I came home the other day, the collar had disappeared from my dog's neck. I looked everywhere for it. I was afraid that she may have eaten it. I immediately emailed the Fur Life company. They were very responsive. Julia and Joan assured me that if my dog has in fact eaten the collar, she wouldn't be poisoned. They were so helpful. They offered to replace the missing collar. I really appreciated that. This company has great customer service. If you are looking for a flea and tick collar for your pet, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Julia from FurLife was very helpful and understanding. Had a problem with one of the pendants I ordered and she was very professional. This product does work. It does not kill the bugs, but it does keep them off my dogs and right now we we're having issues with two types of ticks. So thank you Julia for your help in the matter.

I was impressed with how fast it worked. Within 48 hours, the constant scratching stopped. Plus, the natural ingredients are a big bonus for us.
