When I got my order it was incomplete so I notified furlife and immediately Joan stepped in and took care of everything to make sure that I got my complete order. I am very grateful for the customer service I have received and the courtesy Joan showed to complete this process. I really enjoy the products that fur life has the offer, much better for our pets.

I've had these collars on my dogs for about 3 weeks now. They've cut down on the ticks, for sure, but I still pull off a couple every day and every few days come across blood engorged monsters. I wound up putting the chemical collars back on to kill whatever furlife doesn't repel. Very unhappy with the product, especially at that price!

I’m a first time user and my phone auto generated my address for shipping as a previous address! I emailed support and almost immediately got a response from Julia about getting the order corrected!! I haven’t gotten the product yet as it was just a few moments ago but I will say their customer service is 10 times better than other companies I’ve used in the past! 10/10 recommend! They made it super easy!! Thank you!
