The tick and flea repellent collars are a total scam. They have so many excuses for not refunding their customers that are not satisfied because the product doesn’t work as advertised. I am disabled and I don’t have any money to waste on gimmicks but this customer has been told that oh well it’s been over 30 days since the order was shipped so I am not able to get my refund, while they spoke to me about how a collar is supposed to fit. I am being treated like I’m an idiot to cover up the fact that the collar is a joke.

We have been using FurLife for our dogs for several years. I love the pendant, very easy to slip on the collar. Works great. I really like that it is natural. Thanks for a great product!

I ordered Furlife pendant 3 weeks back but unfortunately l was still finding ticks on my dog so reached out to get refund as they advertised a 30 day money back guarantee. I think the pendant leaked and that was the reason why it didn't offer proper protection. However, the customer service representative ROY kindly offered a free replacement with no extra charge. I appreciate the offer and happy with the customer service provided by ROY. I am hoping that the new pendant will work as advertised.

First of all, I have these collars on all 4 of my pets. They each spend a lot of time outdoors in heavy tick country and I have only found two ticks and to be honest, they could have been on from before putting collars on. Second, I had one issue with faulty clasp on collar and reached out to Furlife. Julia helped me and was so friendly and went over and above to rectify the situation! I am more than pleased! This is my second year using Furlife. I ordered the tags early and got them quickly, sometime in April and they’ve had them on since. I have 3 dogs. One large at 70 pounds and 2, 30 and 20 pounds. My reviews are mixed. No problem with fleas but ticks are bad this year. The collar seems to be taking days to kill the ticks. I am finding them dead but filled w some blood and dropped off the dogs. I will have to take them to the vet for testing and I’ll get a lecture for not using their recommended product which is pharmaceutical. Im not saying the product doesn’t work but it’s taking a while to kill ticks. I don’t mind the smell as it goes away in a day or two. I have been backing up killing ticks by spraying them with a product that contains lemongrass when they come in from outside and that helps.

Julia, Furlife collar are the best flea and collars on the market right now I have had our flea and tick collars on three dogs and one cat since May 31 and we have yet to see one single tick on any of our animals. These collars are absolutely amazing. I recommend them to anybody looking to get rid of all those nasty chemical collars that hurt your dogs and cats toss them out. Get the Furlife collar.

Julia was prompt in responding to my questions, concerns and issues and it was on the weekend outside of normal business hours. Nice to know that someone is there monitor Furlife customers concerns 24/7! I was very pleased with how my concern was handled.
