FurLife™Reviews of getfurlife.com

My two dogs, Texas heeler and havenese, have been using Furlife for about 3 months now. They both have the all natural flea and tick tags, and I give them the flea and tick defense dog chews every day. Not 1 flea or tick! They had had some issues in the past before we discovered Furlife. It gives me peace of mind, knowing that they are protected and it’s all natural! I contacted customer service today via email and they responded right away and issued resolved same day! Thank you Joan and Roy!

Many thanks to Julia for her prompt response to my request. Looking forward to receiving the FurLife natural flea/tick collar.

Fur Life is awesome!! It keeps the ticks, flees and other flying insects off my RFL without any harmful chemicals. Best thing ever!!!

The site was easy to use, and I appreciate that the payment site is secure so your info isn't seen by anyone else. Lola Bug loves the chews. I love that they are natural. Thank you!

Julia was wonderful in helping me with an issue. She fixed the problem quickly and provided excellent service. Very happy with my interaction.

Somehow I managed to get two subscriptions and I couldn’t figure out why I kept pausing but still getting product. I emailed customer service and Julia helped me sort it out and cancel one subscription. My dog doesn’t have any fleas and likes to eat his fur life chews. California has fleas year round so I appreciate this product.

Julia was quick to respond and gave me all the information I needed to know. Thank you Julia.

I recently ordered the flea and tick prevention collar attachment for my dogs. They work great and my dogs are relieved to not deal with bugs. One of the collar attachments lost the clear part and no longer worked at keeping the bugs away. I reached out to FurLife for some support and they were prompt with a response. I sent them a video of what the issue was and literally on the weekend in 1 day I got a new one ordered and shipped out to me. Julia was great! I wasn't expecting a response from FurLife for a few days but, the wonderful acknowledgement, prompt response and swiftness to fix the issue will keep us going back for other products to help protect our Fur babies!
