Upon contacting you, you were able to complete the correction in a surprisingly fast manner. This gave me the confidence in continuing to do business with the company. We purchased this collar for our Great Pyrenees puppy in advance to be ready for when he came home to us. After getting him home (with minimal/no fleas) we put the collar on him. We recent noticed he was scratching frequently and notified he was infested with fleas. I contacted their customer service to ask for a refund because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee, and the fact that these collars are not cheap especially when they do not work. They told me that since it had been greater than 30 days since purchase that they cannot issue a refund. I’m very disappointed in the product because it clearly does not work. Do not trust the positive reviews, more than likely they are paid reviews or have receive free product for giving a good review.

Roy and Julia are awesome. Have had no bug issues since purchasing the first for our Athena, however she found the drop and put a tooth inside. Well furlife being awesome are sending a new replacement to ensure the bugs of Northern AZ stay off the furbaby for good.
