The collar attachments I ordered arrived and when I opened them they were dried out (most likely from the heat we've been having). I emailed support and Patrick was the one to respond and asked for photos so he could see what I was talking about. I now have replacements on the way, my girls are excited 😊 and so am I. I was looking for a natural alternative for fleas and ticks. Living in a very rural area, prevention or treatment was necessary. My neighborhood prior had cats that passed along fleas in top of still being slightly rural, ticks. 3 weeks in, fleas gone, ticks, none.

This product seems to work very well. It's super easy to use and the dogs don't seem to bother them at all.

The collar attachment is doing well to keep the fleas under control on my dog and the shampoo kills off the rest easily. It smells great too!
