These are the worst collars ever!!
These are the worst collars ever!!! The smell is unbearable. It’s very strong made me sick and the dogs were miserable. Please take my word for it don’t buy this product I wasted my money. Asked for a refund they offered a 40% refund I declined it.

In many cases, airing out the collar for several days before use helps to reduce the intensity while maintaining its effectiveness. However, we understand that every dog (and owner) has different sensitivities, and what works well for one pet may not be suitable for another. We did offer you a partial refund as part of our customer care process, as we want to provide a fair solution while also continuing to support the quality of our products.
