I was hesitant contacting support at first after experiences with other companies. Julia was very prompt in answering and concerned with my inconvenience. After sending pictures I again had a very quick response telling me I would be sent a replacement. Patrick even contacted me about choosing a replacement color. I can’t believe the excellent service from support. Julia and Patrick made the experience so easy and so very kind. I will continue to order from this company and suggest this product to others. I needed to hold my subscription for a few weeks, Patrick was awesome in helping me get this set up . Great customer service service.

I had purchased the 12 month flea and tick that attaches to the collars. They work great we live in Florida. One however was leaking after 2 weeks on the edge were it was sealed. I contacted customer service and spoke to Patrick whom was very helpful. I sent some pics and a video and he was able to confirm the leakage and send a new one in the mail. I have and will continue to buy and recommend these. I am an affiliate and will continue to be one. Thank you again Patrick for your help.
