My Package arrived damaged and missing one of the collars I ordered. Julia was very helpful and empathetical to my situation. She arranged for the missing collar to be sent. I am very confident in the product and rely on them to protect Dyna and Jersey. Thank you Julia for being so attentive and caring to my situation and for a quick resolution. I appreciate it very much.

My order from FurLife arrived incomplete. I checked my order conformation and there was a highlighted SUPPORT link easy to find. I explained the situation and I recieved an email from Julia the same day. She was apologetic and stated that a second collar was sent out with a new conformation and tracking number. WOW, same day service, that is incredible. Thank you FurLife for making great products that really work and having great contentious staff.

5 stars is to me to low give it 7.5 on that scale very gentle on your pets skin and it works with no chemical smell just a great product Thanks from my Dogs and me PS been using it for Two plus years

So far this product has worked great! It’s small and my dogs don’t even notice it on their collars. The customer service has been great too!! We had an incident where my dogs were playing a little too rough and one dog punctured the other dog’s oil pendant. Julia was a big help when I reported the issue, and offered to send me a free replacement. I’ll be recommending this product to friends and family!

I bought 2 FurLife pendants for my dog last spring (2025). I put one on him immediately & was pleased with the effectiveness of the tag until mid-July when I found a tick on his ear. I thought this flea & tick repellant was supposed to last for a year. I kept that pendant on for another week, thoroughly checking my dog for ticks every time he came in the house. I found more ticks with each passing day, so I decided to put the second FurLife on his collar. I noticed that the fresh pendant did not smell as pungent as the first tag did, but I didn’t think much of it. Until the ticks kept attaching to my dog - 1 to 4 of those little blood suckers most days. Really?!? After a month of this continuing problem, I decided that FurLife pendants don’t work to keep ticks off my dog. I read the 1 month return policy in the instruction paper, knew that I had purchased these 2 FurLife pendants 5 months earlier, so I threw them away with the intention of writing this review. I gave 2 stars because the FurLife tags did seem to work keeping fleas off the dog, but they absolutely did not work for repelling ticks.

From my experience, the collar pendant seems to attract the pests it is intended to repel. Before using the product, we occasionally found ticks biting our dog on various parts of her body. After placing the pendant on her collar according to FurLife instructions, tick bites are more frequent. We're finding 2-3 ticks per week! The bites have become concentrated around her head/neck/shoulders - near the area where the little device sits. Customer support has refused any assistance and seems to have stopped responding to our requests.
