Julia helped me rectify the problem I was having and very happy with the outcome

My email was answered almost immediately. Julia was prompt and courteous to handle my subscription cancelation. (Only because it's winter here, otherwiseI love the products for my dog)It isn't often that a business answers an email so quickly with a real person.

This is the most wonderful company with great, safe products that works 100% of the time I have been buying it for the past few years and I’m extremely satisfied, besides being that they have the best customer service I have ever seen, this time it was Julia that helped me and she was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful and nice. I’m 72 years old with cancer going through chemotherapy so my brain is non existent but she took the time and effort to help me. Thank you Julia I truly appreciate it.
