After reading all most all reviews. I will not be ordering 5 for my 5 dogs. Your customer service is bad sending your customer used products is not accessible to me I can't take a chance of spending a few 100 dollars for 2 months of use and sending used crap that had been sent back to your company is bad customer service.

I have 6 dogs (a lot I know lol) they play rough all the time of of the oil pods popped out n got lost in the yard I emailed in and asked if it were possible to get a new one. Almost immediately they sent out a replacement pod. Thank you so much looking forward to my next purchase. 😊
