I love the natural essential oil flea and tick this company makes. This time my order came with one product damaged and I have never experienced faster customer service resolution like what they provided! Julia took care of my issue and responded to my inquiry for a replacement almost immediately and then again after my response to her sent out a replacement! This happened within less than an hour of my initial email stating the damaged product! I highly recommend anyone to use this company for your all natural and safe pet needs and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service! Thank you again for a great experience Julia! Julia was amazing! I had an issue with a leak in my dogs flea/tick collar and she handled it quickly and was very kind! Additionally, this was the only time I’ve ever had an issue with the product. The one I got last year lasted over a year and there were no fleas and ticks at all on my dog or in my home.

Quick fast service if when I had a shipping problem they were fast at making corrections to ensure it arrived at the correct place 😍

I was getting two furlife collars and I forgot to enter my promo code. I could have saved more than $14. I emailed the company and Julia was kind enough to refund my order so I can order again with the code. It was my mistake not entering the code , so I’m very pleased with how they treat their customers. This is my second order of the collars. Last year they worked great! Thanks furlife. I’m so happy to not have to add harmful chemicals onto my beloved pets to avoid pests!!!

When a company offers a product at a price and then you place your order, then they offer you more product at a discounted price, I get suspicious. This product is supposed to have one year of effectiveness and there is no information about a sealed package or something that would start its affect hence buying two years worth seemed senseless because I didn’t know if the efficacy would be the same. I think it’s a great product, a great idea to put a device that emits a scent.
