I had ordered 3 of the flea, tick & bug guards for my Yorkies & failed to add my color preferences. Immediately I sent an email explaining what happened & the colors I wanted. In a very short time, Julia answered my email saying she had taken care of the matter and the pink, red, & blue guards would be in my order. Perfect!!

FurLife is great! I accidentally ordered the wrong flea and tick tag and had to cancel. Julia was on it! She refunded me quickly and I was able to get the right tag with no issues. Thanks again Julia!

JeAnne was wonderful in taking care of my needs. I had accidentally placed an order that I didn’t need. She was able to go in and cancel this order. When ordering my furlife pendants, I saw where you could add a promo code/coupon to the order. Googled promo codes for furlife but none of them worked. Called the support number, but it said to contact support by email. So I did, and Julia sent a return response that stated these codes didn’t work. She did however, give me 20% off my order, and apologized for the misunderstanding with codes/coupons. Very nice gesture

I clicked on a link to purchase the medallions for my dogs and although the advertisement was for up to 60% off, it only took off about 10%. I was very upset and confused because I started getting offers from multiple companies for the same product and thought I had been scammed a representative named. Julie took the case under advisement and eventually came to an agreement and I got a partial refund to reflect the offers that I was receiving. Thank you, Julie for the great customer service.

Second time purchasing the 12 month furlife tick and flea pennant. Seems to work okay I also spray a natural flea & tick spray on my dog so the combination keeps most ticks and fleas off him. Much better than that horrible medicated nexgard tick pill that his veterinarian prescribed that gave him seizures.
