I recently placed an order for a pendant for my dog, when I received the package it was completely damaged and the liquid was out of the pendant. Julia emailed me immediately back and sent me a replacement for free. Then sent an email confirmation. Love the quick response. Definitely a customer for life. The product works great too! Thanks

When I first got Oreo, my little poodle he had so many fleas. It was heartbreaking. I tried everything in the market till I tried.Fur life pendant that was a life changer. He was never itchy never got fleas again what I love it’s all natural no harmful chemicals and he’s always so happy now he could play in the grass without worrying about getting fleas or playing with other dogs and catching it from them he doesn’t have to worry about anything just being a happy dog. I recommend us to any fur parent. Don’t waste your money on flea bath on soaps on flea collars. Just put the pendant on his collar and forget it’s there.

The website is very user friendly. Clear and concise and. I'm super stoked about the fact that this is a safe and natural way to care for your pets! The costumer service is perfection. I ordered the wrong color collar. I sent them an email asking to please correct my mistake and the issue was resolved unless than an hour! I haven't actually tried the product as this is my first order but so far, I'm super impressed and pleased. 10/10

This is my second year ordering my flea and tick collar from Furlife. My pet never had any fleas’s or tick’s and the natural scent is very desirable. I forgot to add the discount code and their Customer Support replied immediately and corrected my error.
