Great product! I used the 12 month collar on my dog last year and it seems like it takes a little bit of time at first (we also live in an area with alot of ticks) but it does work in the long run!! When I was ordering a new collar for this year I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and Julia got it fixed right away! Very happy with the product and customer service. Going to try the chews next!

I tried for 30 days as customer service mentioned it might take a couple of weeks to start working. My dogs were bathed and flea free when I started to use. Day 31 contacted them again and mentioned it was not working as my two dogs have fleas. I did ask for a refund and they refused. I had gone to another method and working well. Do not waste your money.

FurLife customer service is GREAT! Every time I emailed they replied almost immediately. And Julia sealed the deal and solved my issue seamlessly. Can’t thank her enough. I ordered the dog collar but quickly realized that the cat collar would be a better fit for my petite dog. She sent a new collar right after we spoke and I can’t wait to get my all natural tick protection on my sweet pup. 10/10

Julia with fur Leif was great and understanding our capsule had emptied itself. She said that sometimes when dogs play rough that it has been known to empty, I did not know that and it’s not her fault but I do appreciate her understanding and willingness to help by sending us another replacement.
