I ordered the pendant but received a collar instead. I emailed the support team and received a reply in less than 24 hrs! (Awesome 😁). JULIA was very helpful in correcting the problem. I wish more companies were like this!! ❤️. I will be paying this forward and giving the collar to a local animal shelter. Thank you so much!!

I received 2 cat collars instead of dog collars, possibly by my own mistake. I immediately contacted customer service about it and they had a replacement in the mail the next day. Julia was warm, friendly and such a delight to work with. She also informed me I did not have to return the 2 cat collars, so I will be donating them to my local animal shelter. Ive had it on my dogs collar for a month and I'm still picking ticks off of him. I'm going back to another company. Just thought I'd try something "natural" ... but furlife doesn't work. Edit to respond to their reply. Maybe you should state it's not meant for animals that live where ticks are or that it only works where there's not alot of ticks (the irony) so effectively your product doesn't work and is a money grab. You should give me a refund. Not an apology.
