An offer for a 10% discount code for my online order was not applied to my order during checkout, as I had presumed since I didn't see a space to enter the code. A brief call to customer service and all my questions were answered and JeAnne applied the correct code for the discounted price and explained the difference would be forthcoming in a credit to my account in several days. Thank you for a timely response and resolution, JeAnne.
