Julia was the girl who helped me. She was awesome. All I had to do was let her know what was wrong, take some pictures and send them to her. She is sending me a brand new for Leif flea antic product for my dog. Thank you so so very much Julia!

I ordered the flea protection collar for my Buster, this is my second year using this one. The collar provided great results for protecting my pet from fleas. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an safe alternative to keep your pet flea free and free from harmful chemicals that can cause negative reactions to your pet. This company stands behind their products and their customers. I ordered recently my new collar for the year and in the process of opening the package, I accidentally cut the product. I contacted the company to see if they had any suggestions on how I could repair it, they communicated very quickly with me and offered to replace it, even though it was not their problem. I will definitely continue to do business with them. What a exceptional company. Just an FYI, I combined the collar with the Dog Chews and Buster did not have any fleas all year.

When I realized I had ordered collars for cats & noticed the collars were too small for my dogs, I called FurLife & told them about it & Julia was so helpful & made it easy for me to get the dog collars I was expecting. I just got them & am so glad they came quickly! I have been using them for a couple years & they keep the ticks & fleas & mosquitoes away. Thank you Julia! Thank you FurLife!

What made it great was Julia fixing the problem the Fur Life wonky website did wrong in the first place. Julia was very detailed and professional explaining everything to me and processing my refund for two extra pendants I do not need added to my order. I do need the spray I added, but not two more pendants. I see on page two that the pendant item count is 1. Wow, that doesn't look right so I make it two, with no earning and not having any way to know this adds two more! That is what happened. So that is why only 4 stars. Your website is not user centric at all. But Julia is number one - 5 stars - 6 stars z for her service. Thank you. Think about it web developers - if a user buys two pendants on page one, fills out the payment info, submits, and then is redirected to another sales page (where I added the spray) but noticed
