First off, I absolutely love this company and products. I had placed an order and when I received the order I had noticed that I accidentally ordered the wrong product. We had an issue with the delivery once it was received, and I sent a email explaining what the issue was. So I received a reply back and I did send pictures of exactly what the problem was. JeAnne and Mat were quick to respond and offered a new shipment at no charge. I truly was impressed by the response and I knew if they saw what the issue was they definitely would understand the problem. They definitely went above and beyond to take care of this.
