I haven’t received the product yet but the customer service I received from Glisson was excellent. I realized a mistake I made in my order after I sent it, and Glisson fixed it for me quickly and completely. I am impressed.

Ramon was great ! One of my 4 collars came damaged and he replaced it quickly and efficiently . I love these collars for my dogs this is my 3 year and will continue to use them!

I will be a customer fur life! 😉 we’ve had our flea and tick pendants for less than a month and our rambunctious one lost hers already! When I noticed it, I emailed them and Julia was very quick to let me show she was shipping out a replacement for me! Amazing customer service for an amazing product that works great! Our dogs haven’t had a single tick crawling on them since and my dog without the pendant had one on her today. So I’ll be glad to get her replacement!
