Avoid the ER
Ill start by first saying this product did help with fleas, but if your dog is already infested then obviously its not going to work like magic and remove them all. It did repel well, the pod that contains the chemicals pops out easy. That being said, my dog ate it and I had to call posion control then ended up at the ER. It does work, but after finding out the hard way that its not safely secured and my dog can easily eat, I had to throw away all the ones I ordered. I ordered 4 so im not very happy about the wasted money, but its for the safety of my dog and avoiding another ER bill.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and are very sorry to hear about the situation with your dog. We understand how concerning and upsetting this must have been. We are glad to hear that you noticed the collar helped repel fleas. At the same time, we take your comments about the pod becoming easily dislodged very seriously. The safety of pets is extremely important to us, and your experience highlights something we need to carefully review with our product team. While our ingredients are generally safe, ingestion is not intended and can lead to complications, especially depending on the individual pet. You absolutely made the right decision by seeking immediate veterinary care and discontinuing use. We also understand your frustration about having to discard the remaining collars, especially after purchasing multiple units. Your feedback is very important to us, and it will be used to help improve the design and overall safety of our products. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can look into your case in more detail and work toward a satisfactory resolution. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
