Ordered a collar and just when I hit the send button I noticed the shipping address was wrong. I sent an email to the reply for the order, asked them to change my address to my current home. they did immediately and emailed me they had in fact done it. Thanks Roy for taking care of this for me! Great Customer service!!! Bob

I placed an order for the wrong product and Julia answered my email and had it corrected at the speed of light. The customer service is top notch. I have no idea if the collars work but I will say I use cedar oil now and it does a good job on all of us. I just hate spraying it directly on my tiny chihuahua so hoping to avoid direct contact with the spraying with a natural collar. Even with the potent flea and tick chemicals in high concentration areas or certain times of year ticks and fleas with still find a way. I would rather go with one that’s not going to cause neurological issues and do tick checks. Excited to try this.
