Glisson and Julia have been amazing in their response to my dilemma. I had ordered a new 12 month FurLife tag for my dog Garrison Keillor and put the tag on his collar well ahead of his upcoming Vet Visit. I am a retired Vet Tech myself and prefer products like FurLife vs heavy chemicals for my dog because he is handicapped as am I. I have always been in the habit of thoroughly cleaning his bedding and vacuuming very thoroughly before applying new FurLife products, but was shocked when my Vet found flea dirt 3inches above Garrison’s tail on his back. I wrote to FurLife telling them this report because my Vet would prefer I use a different flea treatment method (which I don’t want to use for 2 reasons: cost and ingestion of chemicals. Glisson (and Julia) are responding by sending me a replacement tag for Garrison’s collar which is a true blessing for me because of my current difficult financial times. Thank you Glisson for responding with kindness to my initial query! Your response is an answer to prayers for my dog, Garrison!

This is an amazing company! I love the product and it does really work. We live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and fleas and ticks are terrible lots of other products I've used just don't work, not like Furlife. Never had an issue sense getting one of there pendants. Unfortunately it broke, I reached out if there was anything they could do or if I just needed to buy a new one and I was ok with that cause it actually works! Julia reach right back out with a message, I sent pictures back and with another nice message she said no problem we'll send out a new one for you! I really appreciate this company you guys have a wonderful team! Fast, easy to order and message and seem to have a great staff, thanks again Julia and Furlife you got a customer for life!!

For some reason my order didnt show up in the mail even though the tracking said it was delivered, jeAnne and Julia made it right and sent me another order free of charge, im very happy with the service they provided and they were very professional and fast to get back to me, thanks again!
