I ordered the wrong product and realized it right away, I got an email sent to support right away and JeAnne, Patrick and Glisson were great at getting back to me right away. They handled the order promptly and corrected the difference in pricing. I have not received the product yet, but if it is as good as the customer service, I will be writing another review.

The product is a fake. It doesn’t work more than 2 months after you get it. it’s supposed to keep please offer eight months. My cats had no fleas when I started using this collar and after 2 to 3 months of using the collar, my cats have fleas so it does not work. It does not repel the fleece to stay off the cats.
Response from FurLife™Oct 5, 2026
Hi Becky, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the collar did not provide the protection you expected for your cats. Our collars are designed to provide long-lasting flea and tick protection using natural ingredients. However, effectiveness can vary depending on factors such as your pet’s environment, level of flea exposure, and individual circumstances. We understand how frustrating it must be to notice fleas again after only 2–3 months of use. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details so our team can review your experience further and help find a suitable solution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Great customer service. After placing an order for more Itch chews, I had gotten a text message. And Beth and I had a great conversation about other items. No pressure.
