I placed my order for a total of 2 items & I did not realize I had an option to choose a color until after I placed my purchase & paid for it. I emailed customer service to request the change of color & the change was immediately made by the rep Julia & she sent me an email confirmation of this change, Thank you Julia for your prompt response & service 😀, happy customer on this end so far 😀

JeAnne and Glisson. Gave me incredible customer service after I was having a problem w my order. I am so happy w there product I have 6 animals at home using it. I recommend the collars to be used before flea season hits for the best effect that's why I use them year round.
