Not only do I love for life because it is a natural product for my pet, but the customer service is outstanding. I forgot to enter a discount code and so i sent an email for help. I was delighted when Julia emailed me back immediately and, problem solved! Thanks Julia!

I’m very excited to try this product on my Belgian Malinois. I purchased 2 with a discount code that did not process. I contacted Customer Service and spoke to JeAnne and she asked if I still wanted the product if I received the discount. I did and Julia completed the transaction and processed the refund for the discount. All corrected on the weekend within hours. I’m very pleased with Customer Service and can’t wait for my products!

Due to my own mistake my address was wrong 1 digit. Julie and JoAnn were able to core it for me. I appreciated the effort on their part.
