BUYERS BE AWARE! After using furlife flea and tick collar and furlife flea and tick pendant as instructed by the instructions that comes with these. Product is not as effective as stated on their website. Resulting in my German Shepherd dog having tick on her. Also my brother uses same products of both color and pendant as I do, Resulting in tick on his black lab resulting in Lyme disease. Product not as effective as stated.

This company is excellent and their customer service go above and beyond to help make things right for their customer. The customer care team of Roy Glisson and Mat helped me solve a problem. The plastic ball in the pendant fell out and was nowhere to be found. The team had-no problem replacing the items I had purchased. My request was addressed the same day and the items are being shipped now. Could not ask for a better company that has both your pet and you in their best interest. Makes the decision to do business with this company a complex yes…100%!
