I emailed late on Saturday night about an ordering issue and by Sunday morning, Glisson had emailed me to fix the issue so my order could be completed. It was wonderful to contact a customer service rep who took the time to read, understand, and address the issue I was experiencing. Thank you!!

Glisson is the best!! Messaged them on a Sunday about one of our collars and she immediately fixed the issue! Couldn’t recommend FurLife enough as we do to all of our clients!

I have recently changed my address, the payments I've been using didn't completely update. I reached out to ask if the change could still be made as soon as I discovered the error. JeAnne was quick to respond to my inquiry and the problem was solved right away. Would definitely recommend JeAnne and her FurLife team to others for their attention to customer service.

Unfortunately I had to get rid of my dog 😢! I never used the collars that I ordered. I messaged customer service and explained my situation and Julia, who I had the pleasure of working with, processed my return immediately. This process 100% hassle free!
