Company very quick to respond and offered to replace my product.

I was so pleased (and frankly, surprised) with the quickness of a response to my situation. Glisson contacted me within a couple hours of my email...on a Sunday, no less! I will make sure to refer my friends, family and fellow pet lovers to Furlife!!

I bought the protection for my pups last year and the coverage was fantastic! No more monthly poison drops and it is also economical to boot! Buying this product again was a no brainer, but I wanted different colors for each dog. When I requested it, Ramon responded and confirmed my purchase has been adjusted per my wishes. I am very pleased!

I contacted customer service because I accidentally chose the wrong color of tag. Thankfully Glisson, was able to help me to resolve my issue in just one email. This hardly ever happens with most companies anymore. I was very appreciative of Glisson.

I had a problem with damage to one of the pendents from my last order. I emailed furlife and Glisson, and employee from the company was tremendous in helping me with a replacement. I am graciously waiting my replacement free of charge. I have to say a year ago I was skeptical about furlife but I saw no flees all year and now I am hooked. I have 5 dogs and I have pendants on all of them.

I will definitely be recommending FurLife to anyone I know with furry little friends. Not only are their products effective, clean, and affordable, but also their customer service is amazing. Grisson, in particular, was a wonderful help to me!! Thank you for such fast and kind service!

I'm trying FurLife for the first time. When I went to put one of the 4 pendants I bought onto my dog's collar, it was broke. I contacted the company and didn't expect an answer right away because it's Sunday. Not even 3 minutes, I got a response. I was asked for a picture, I sent it and now a new pendant is on its way. No questions, no hassle. This is a company I highly recommend. And thank you Glisson for your fast response and getting me a replacement product so quickly. Now that is customer service!!

Roy and Julia! They were Great! replacements were sent out right away! The flea/tic pendants are Great! Only realized one of the beads gone, as a tic showed up! I've used them since my dogs were puppies, they're going to be 4 this year. Best product without harsh chemicals I could find.
