My dog's module came off her collar while going through undergrowth. I now have a new one and will attach it with a cable tie. Other than that, findster helps me keep track of my dog easily.

Outstanding customer service. After placing my order, I received a very nice email with storytelling and the tracking number. The device works great, though the map is quite outdated in my area. All in all, I'm very happy with my Findster!

My pet module button was sticking so Jane sent a replacement. In less than 2 months the replacement just stopped working. Again, Jane immediately sent a replacement. There are issues with the pet module hardware and they are working on it. Otherwise, I've had Findster for almost 2 years and like others the sense of security I have using it is awesome. I use it with my dog along the river in Richmond,VA. The software can at times be slow, but I think that is due to geography and my phone more than anything else. I would never use for a cat due to houses blocking the signal. But in the woods with my dog, even the mountains, it is usually very accurate or close enough. The other choice is the Dogtra Pathfinder TRX for $380, quite a bit more than the Findster. I'll stick with Findster.

My rescue dog is a forest warrior. She loves to run wild in the woods. Sometimes she doesn't or won't hear my whistle to come home. I can't tell you how much anxiety has evaporated with this finder. I haven't lost my dog since this spring and I now know where she is and can train her better to come home or join us on the trails.

This is the BEST tracker on the market. Look no further, this is the product to purchase if you need to track your dogs movement. It not only has a GPS tracker but is also using radio frequency tracking in the remote areas. The set up, app and customer service is superb and I would highly recommend. I would not be without it and have purchase one for both of my dogs. Me and my partner have both downloaded the app so when he walks the dogs he can use the trackers. The coverage is dependent on the surroundings. Flat terrain with no trees nor tall buildings will have better coverage than Woodlands. I use it mainly on our walks at Cannock chase woods and it helped me locate the dog over 500 meters away. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

We have been using Findster for over two years for our Beagle Wilbur who loves to run off leash at the Sandy River Delta (over 1000 acres) in Oregon. It reduced our stress level knowing where Wilbur is at all times. Our other Beagle Terrier, Millie did not need Findster until the other day she got lost at the same Sandy River Delta Dog Park. We ordered another module tracker to add to Wilburs so we now know where both are dogs are at all times on walks. Highly recommend Findster to any dog owner that needs to keep track of their dogs while enjoying off leash walking.

I really like the Findster Duo. I'm more confident amd comfortable letting my pup off the leash. We live in a lot of open land intermixed with bits of forrest. The tracker works best with less dense forrest or in winter but I can't imagine walking without it. The customer service has been impressive. They are kind, imformative and helpful. At times I feel they went above and beyond
