DreamaReviews of getdreama.com

It tastes terrible and doesnt work. It has a hidden subscription and very difficult to unsubscribe. I sent them an email before they had shipped the 2nd consignment but they didnt respond. I then tried to unsubscribe by a link sent to my email. I got a warning not to open this page as it could be harmful to my computer. I tried on my phone and after about 6 attempts from them to get you to stay including getting a discount, I was finally successful. Dont waste your time!

I don’t leave reviews regularly but feel compelled to warn others. I will echo what all the others have said, they do auto subscription and then make it super difficult and outright deceptive to cancel. I purchased to give it a try only to see that I had another transaction go through without my knowledge. Very very shady business practices

It would be a good idea for this company to immediately cancel their AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION process, judging from the many reviews. To have an automatic subscription is never a good idea. It is misleading & deceptive conduct.

I waited 4 weeks for my order. I was given absolute BS reasons as to why it had been delayed but kept saying rest assured its on its way... At the 4 week mark I lost it and said I wanted a refund and threatened to go to every one of their pages on social media and rubbish them for being a fraud and also report them to our government consumer authority. Magically they sent through another order within days... Also offered a partial refund that I never recieved. It's sad because it's actually a good product but too expensive for what it is and the customer service seems to be run by a 7 year old that has no idea about running a business... Do not recommend...

WARNING-Automatic monthly subscription. Have to sign into your account to cancel, but can only sign in by an email they send you. THEN have to get asked THREE times "do you want to cancel " before you actuaIly get to cancel. I bought this just to see how it goes. They offered a money back guarantee if i didn't like. ( not a fan of hot choc drinks). I haven't even got my delivery yet.And going by previouis reviews, i doubt the moneyback guarantee will be worth the effort. Even if it's amazing they will not get my business. Back to Zombie. EDIT: All of the responses by Dreama we all done only 6 days ago. (Today is 13/05/2026). It's almost like they didn't know about Trustpilot and only just thought to check these reviews.

Very sneaky subscription on check out even if you click not to subscribe, they subscribe you. I had the same experience as someone above: they lie and tell you they can’t “intercept” an order so they can continue to charge for something you didn’t willingly order. I gave them plenty of opportunities they failed ro take up so now they get my bad reviews.

UPDATE - Revised review: The customer service team eventually agreed to a full refund in line with their 60 day money back guarantee as the product was not suited to our tastes. Dreami Magnesium advertises a 60‑night risk‑free trial, however this claim does not reflect my experience. The product itself took weeks to arrive, and I had to chase the company via email multiple times just to receive updates. When the product finally arrived, the taste was extremely unpleasant — so much so that my husband and I could not even finish a single mug between us despite trying. When I attempted to use the advertised trial and request a refund, the process became obstructive. Instead of a straightforward refund, I was first offered 50% back if I kept the unwanted product. When I declined, I was told I could only receive a full refund if I: Paid for tracked return shipping myself Waited for the product to arrive back with them Had it checked, sent internally, checked again, and re‑packaged Then waited again for the refund to be processed This drawn‑out and costly process is not what a reasonable consumer would expect from a risk‑free trial. It feels designed to discourage customers from exercising their rights. Based on my experience, the advertising is misleading and the refund process is unnecessarily difficult.

Ordered my product 12 days ago. Still hadn't been shipped. No response to emails until I contacted PayPal for a refund. Some bogus tracking number that hasn't been activated for days . Very slow response, they are ignoring most of my emails when I said cancel the product. Where are they shipping from? It's nutso. Pathetic company awful customer service seems like a scam company. Company replied days later to give a bogus tracking number and wouldn't give info on where it was arriving. Big red flag there. No comms .. seemed like a huge. They've probably poisoned it so very reluctant to try it you are wrong? Wouldn't tell me why Was shipping parcel and where they were based. Would t have bought it from the USA. They won't respomd to my ensues to return unopened says no replay to their email. Very dodgy. I product is disgusting and does nothing. Have been emailing thrm multiple times as they say a 60 day return policy but refuse to respond. Scam
