Absolutely unacceptable. After months of problems, my retainer arrived with a huge section literally missing and completely unusable. I complained weeks ago and requested a full refund, yet I’m still being left without any real response or resolution. Appalling service.

I will start off by saying they are responsive with emails. However, I got the initial impression kit and they accepted it and sent my mouthpiece, but it did not fit at all. They sent me a new impression kit. I sent that in. They said it was not good enough and I need another impression. I waited for the other impression kit to come and at this point it has been months so I just got tired of waiting and said please cancel. At that time they said it was too late to get my money back even though I had never even tried the product because it never fit correctly. I am not very happy with that so I cannot leave any reviews on if the actual impressions that fit are any good. My only word of advice is use caution if you are going to try to get your money back because it will not work if the process takes a little longer to get the impressions correct. Apparently the money back guarantee timeframe applies, even if you do not have the correct fitted mouthpiece.

Horrible experience from the beginning and it’s still ongoing a full month later. Submitted impressions and after weeks of no response, finally received an email back stating my impressions were not viable and that they would send me a new kit. As of this writing, I still don’t have the kit and I’ve reached out so many times I’ve lost count. There’s also no phone number to contact anyone. As of this writing, I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I’m being told that I have to return the new impression kit before they’ll issue me a refund. Absolute horrible, horrible company, zero customer service completely disorganized. Avoid this company at all costs.

The kit was easy to use. Worked for a year before I switched to an upper mouth guard piece. I would highly recommend using them and doing an upper mouth piece for your grinding and clenching. So much easier to sleep in.

My last Nightguard cost $700 from my dentist. I just had work done to my front teeth and needed a new one. I couldn’t believe how easy it was and how comfortable it is! Thank you!
