Extremely dissatisfied with our experience. The night guard ordered does not sit on the teeth, snap in place, or stay. Was promised a 3-5 day turnaround from when impressions were received, and it took almost 4 weeks. The final product cannot even be used.

Love the staff and the owner is amazing.

Update: I received the guard and it works fine. I am staying with three stars for now due to initial concerns but it is good enough that I am not cancelling. Prior: As of right now, it has been almost a month since I sent impressions in and I am getting canned responses that they have the impressions but have not yet been scanned (first message like this was 15 days ago,last was today saying same thing). Today I also got a new message that they have a technical error that tells me nothing. No clue if I will ever get this or if I just lost $100. Either way, I'm not relying on them so will need to get a replacement from the dentist.

The QR code enclosed in my retainer form kit did not access a mailing label. I was able to send an email to Cheeky and received a prompt response and a label.

It took a very long time to receive the mouthguard. Once I got it, it was basically an Invisalign and not for night grinding. Extremely thin and tight material. I submitted a return for a refund. It was approved but it’s been over a month that the mail piece was received at their end and I’m still waiting for my refund or communication.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company due to their terrible customer service and lack of honesty. I was initially told that they had received my mouthguard mold and that my product was in progress. However, two weeks later, they completely changed their story and claimed they never had the mold at all. Communication has been painfully slow throughout the entire process—they take far too long to respond, if they respond at all. At one point, I was told a new impression kit would be shipped to me overnight, but here I am three days later and still haven’t received anything. After wasting two months trying to get a simple mouth guard, I’m left with nothing but disappointment. This has been a complete waste of time, and the whole experience has caused unnecessary pain and frustration. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service was fantastic. I ordered the wrong thing and they quickly changed it to the correct (lower) night guard. Received the a couple weeks ago and they are a perfect fit!
