"I admit I was skeptical at first. When you first start using the bit guard, wear it only for a couple hours during the day or evening. They are tight on your teeth at first. But after a couple of days it fits perfect. It’s not bulky or annoying at all. You can breath easy in them and are comfortable. If ever you aren’t sure if it’s helping….. just skip wearing it one night. You will notice right away when your teeth and jaw are sore again from grinding. I am super impressed. "

Terrible customer service. All they do is send you to another team and get back to you at a later day there’s nobody to talk to by phone. They tried to make me a night guard three times and they failed each time. I asked them for a refund they’re taking their time and giving me one. I’m very unsatisfied with this company.

They took my money, and after completing the fitting process twice they still couldn't make a guard - now they refuse to give me a full refund. Totally untrustworthy and unacceptable.

After the initial order in which I was sent and charged for two kits. I had already chewed through one of the guards before I was able to get a refund for the second kit. We did get that all straightened out. I was to be paying to upgrade to the hybrid guard and thought I had paid but I had not. From there everything went smoothly. The guards are excellent. I have chewed through the lower guard again but have been using the upper one with good results. Excellent product.
