I initially placed an order for skin oil and realized via my email confirmation that I had signed up for a recurring subscription instead of a one-time purchase. I immediately contacted their customer support to cancel it. They were incredibly nice, hassle-free, and responded right away to cancel the accidental order. To make things even better, they helped me reorder the skin oil as a one-time purchase at a discounted price! While you should still double-check your cart at checkout to avoid accidentally opting into a subscription, this company's excellent customer service has completely won me over. I'm happy to buy from them again and highly recommend them!

I have been using Cellu Overnight Firming Oil from 25th August 2026 and my previously crapey upper-arms and wrinkled knees are definitely better for using the oil after bath before bedtime. I still have a fifth of the left!

It didn't work. Auto recurring was set up when I first paid but I didn't notice, so I asked refund but they refused to do it. I was so disappointed with the product and their service.

I tried to cancel the order one and a half minutes after ordering, it was a mistake. They didn't respond until 18 hours later at almost 1 am. Said too late, already on the way... I don't believe that. I tried to get them to send me return shipping labels, they said no, I'd have to pay to send back. They said don't worry, we cancelled your subscription, but I didn't sign up for a subscription. In Shop, it clearly said, one time purchase. But when I tried to cancel, now it keeps saying I'm getting it every 4 weeks. I've had to call my bank and block them. Terrible customer service. Sketchy company. Do not buy.

I requesteed a refund for an extra bottle because i feel their marketing and sales tactics tricked me into buying an extra when i only wanted one to try to see if i even liked it. Their customer service could not cancel the extra bottle order but they offered to refund me 20% of my order which was nice. I have not tried the product yet, so I how I like it. But they value their cuatomers, it showed and they were very responsive.

Very quick to respond and explained what I needed to do to cancel my subscription.

I like the product alot. Since I got 3 I did not need any more yet. when I do I will purchase more
