I did not realize I agreed to a recurring purchase when i made my first purchase. I e-mailed customer service upon realizing this and I believe it was less than an hour before they responded. While the link wasn't fully self-explanatory to unsubscribe, it did go quickly.

I having been using cellu for a few weeks now and I can tell there is an improvement. My neck particularly is smoother and less wrinkly I was a bit doubtful but after using I am more impressed with the product. Thank you.

Was a bit unsure as I don’t normally buy from YT BUT can I say this firming oil is wonderful!!! Took a bit time to arrive but informed of journey via email. Have now been using for about two weeks and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I know I am aging but this has helped my crepey skin. Now looking at other creams in range! Thank you Cellu

They responded immediately to my request, directed me to how to manage my subscription, and was very polite and accommodating to my issue.

I haven’t been using it for very long but I love how it goes on. Not greasy and it is absorbed quickly. My skin feels smooth and supple. Will continue to purchase.

Total scam! Do not buy from getcellu.com. They trap you into a hidden monthly subscription without your explicit consent. When they illegally charged my card $83.99 for a second package, I complained immediately. Their website explicitly claims a "60-day satisfaction guarantee" and their FAQ clearly states: "You do not need to return the product." Yet, their customer care agent "Kate" is completely ignoring their own official policy. To make matters worse, they are demanding that I pay out of my own pocket to ship a package back to an address in China—even though their tracking system shows the package has NEVER even been delivered to me and is still delayed in transit! It is an absolute joke. They use psychological exhaustion tactics, starting with a 15% refund offer, then 25%, then 50%, trying to make you give up. I refuse to give up. I have already contacted my bank to open a formal fraudulent billing chargeback dispute, and I have reported them to consumer protection agencies. Stay far away from this dishonest company!
