Bought my Note20 Ultra 5G ($1000++) the first week of July and Akko insurance on July 7. I paid $120 upfront so it’s effectively $10/mo and has a $99 deductible. Yesterday I dropped the phone and didn’t crack the screen, I crushed it. The rest of the phone was undamaged but completely not useable. I put a claim in via the website at 4 or 5 EST Thursday 9/2. I got an email in about an hour, asking for photos of the phone. I took the needed photos with my iPad and sent them in. A few minutes later they asked me to get it repaired at UbreakIFix , and also for my PayPal or Zelle account for payment. Today at noon, Friday 9/3, I took the phone for repair and had it back by 1:30. I paid $296 and sent the receipt to Akko at approximately 3pm. At 5:45+- I received notice that the Zelle deposit was made, minus the $99 deductible of course. That’s how insurance should work.

Fast polite customer service. Helped me resolve a stressful situation very fast and now I look forward too being a long term AKKO customer!

Laptop got yanked by the cord, bounced down outside cement stairs. Tools some pictures, described condition, and provided replacement estimates. Money was sent by PayPal within about 36 hours of filing claim. It was on a weekend too. Very pleased with the quick service.

Super EASY to use! Wrote AKKO about my issue, they wrote right back and told me what to do. Were SUPER RESPONSIVE...like within minutes! This was my first time filing a claim. And as soon as i got my repair done and sent in the receipt, it was reimbursed to me thru paypal! Can't say enough good about my experience!

Yvette went above and beyond for me!!! When you have situations without access to your phone its really hard these days!!! Already dealing with everything else that goes along with a stolen purse she was able to make it smoother for me and I thank her and akko for that!
