In the span of a month I washed my AirPods and my phone screen detached from the frame and AKKO was a lifesaver. They reimbursed me to get a new set of AirPods and paid me back in full for my phone screen replacement that was $320. It’s crazy to think I’d have to pay $320 just to get a new phone screen without AKKO. I’ve used Asurion and many other insurance companies through phone companies and none of those compare to Akko. A $29 deductible for a new screen and money for my AirPods is a great trade off for me as I take great care of my devices and the student plan is $12 a month. I would’ve never thought my screen would lift from my phone or I would stick my AirPods in the washer, but that’s what AKKO is for. If you’re looking for device insurance or even insurance for items you love choose their multiple device plan and you’re all set.

Had an incident where my laptop screen cracked after accidental damage and Akko was there to help me throughout the whole process of getting it fixed. Claims team was also very responsive and quick to address my concerns. It was a great experience.

I have used several other phone/device insurance companies including Asurion and Square Trade. So far my experience with AKKO has been so much better then the others I have used. The claim process with AKKO I just completed was quick and easy which is NOT my experience with the other companies I have used. To cap it off, AKKO is half the price! So for anyone considering AKKO, it's NOT to good to be true so sign up. You won't regret it!

I contacted you Monday morning when I discovered a crack at the corner of my 4 month old Samsung S7 pad. As of tonight, Thursday the entire situation has been resolved and the refund for a replacement is in my bank account. The only thing left to do is order the replacement. This is the most impressive service I have had since Covid struck. I can't say enough about the prompt responses I received all along the way, and the courteousness of the individuals I dealt with.
