Pros: Everything is through the app. An exception was made for a claim due to a disclosured preexisting condition. Reimbursement was lightning fast to Paypal. Communication was good. Room for improvement: Imputing correct information and documentation through the app was not as clear as could be and required numerous tries and correspondence. Could be more expensive compared to Apple Care depending on yearly time frame and number of claims.

Akko plan and team is amazing. My phone screen all of sudden stopped working. I raised a claim thru their app and it was a smooth and easy process to get the claim approved. I would be taking Akko plan for my other family members as well to cover their devices.

I purchased this insurance to ensure all my household items are protected. The insurance came through and but once I broke my tablet, I was able to get repaired quickly and efficiently. I have had no issues with the insurance.

Akko is very good at handling claims, been with them for a few years. Anytime my devices have an issue they get my claims handled and my devices repaired in a timely manner.

Great east process. Once you add your devices, email to make sure pictures are good before just assuming they are. Because it may not be valid when you file a claim. Other than that, great process. All my devices are covered.

This is my second time using Akko, it's hard to believe how easy it is to use and to resolve claims. You have to take and post pictures to the app of your insured item and that can be a little tricky since they need to see that all is on the up and up. Once it's all approved you're good to go and you can rest easy knowing your phone (etc) will be either repaired or replaced. Highly recommended!
