About Germanshop24

GermanShop24 is a family owned business and was founded in 2007 by Stefan Kuehnert - originally as a hobby. We started selling over the internet in September 2007 after setting up the very first version of our online shop. The assortment back then was just about 250 products, but still we got in the first order just 2 days after the initial launch. During the following months, orders slightly increased to 5-6 orders per week and there was not much progress in 2008.In 2009 Katrin Kuehnert joined the team and we started to expand our assortment. At the end of 2009 we offered about 2000 different items - all available to be ordered. Orders also went up in 2009 to about 30 per week.In the years between 2010 and 2015 we nearly doubled our revenue each year and we now have a yearly sales volume of about $1.5 Million making us one of the leading online shops for German food world wide, even though we are specialized in shipping to the US.In 2015 we expended our business and now serving wholesalers in different countries including the US and China. We offer air and sea freight service for wholesalers and take care about fulfilling all legal requirements for the destination countries.

Long-term happy customer
I've been ordering from this store for years and always had a perfect experience. I'm grateful they exist as I often get homesick for specific German foods and they help me bridge the time between visits home.

Great products
Great products, prices and excellent customer service. I have been ordering from Germanshop24 for years. Their product is priced better than other sellers and merchandise is always very fresh. I recently had a damaged in transit issue and they quickly resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome customer service at germanshop24
I have ordered for several years from Germanshop24, always wrapped nice, and shipped quickly. On my last order however someone had opened my box (not at customs) and took all the ordered Brötchen out….I had contacted customer service at germanshop24, and they helped in this matter right away. I am very grateful to them and continue to be a customer for years to come! Thank you to all the people at germanshop24!

I have ordered my German food several times from the German24 online store. The last shipment was LOST from DHL and German24 promptly replaced everything without questions asked. I love this store and customer service. I will order soon again!!!

Excellent products and service
Excellent products and service. Always the package arrived on estimated date or earlier. FedEx dropped the ball this time, package was in Frankfurt for a week, but once it started to move it was delivered the next day. Always a great pleasure to find most German products we miss from Germany.
