I had a remarkably positive experience today ordering appliances by phone with Ian Chapin. From reviewing the dimensions of my existing appliances to make sure the new ones would fit to explaining available rebates, this was a first class experience. Even though I will have to wait a while for the new appliances to arrive as Gerhardt’s wait for them to arrive, Ian was very helpful in setting expectations regarding how delivery will ultimately work, including waiting for all items or delivering and installing them as they arrive. Thank you, Ian, for making this easy!

Jordan Harris was a prompt sales person at Gerhardt's as we have been without a refridgerator for a couple of weeks. Due to Covid 19 overall sales people all over are scarce. A local giant appliance store promised us a refridgerator and the night before never called us. My husband went to the store to get the number of delivery people and called and they didn't even know who we are. At Gerhardts , Jordan looked up our model and gave us a date which will happen in a couple of days. So far so good!!!!

This was one the most pleasant customer services experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, I don't remember the young lady's name, but I appreciate her so much.

Ian was very quick and professional with his email responses. The delivery team was great- got the old fridge out of the 2nd floor apartment and got the new fridge in and installed very quickly (around 10-15 minutes) without any issues.

I first called Gerhards to see if you had the appliance I was searching for. The gentleman who answered my phone call was great and professional. He confirmed my order. When I arrived to the store, I was greeted pleasantly. It took no time to complete the sale. My delivery day was just as successful as evidenced by the deliverymen arriving when they said they would and completing their task in a reasonable amount of time. I think they without any doubt demonstrated excellence. Big thumbs up!

Our existing 42" built-in refrigerator died on us. Did some research on the unit we wanted and found that Gerhard's carried the brand. Called and spoke with Ian. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Knew the right questions to ask from his end to make sure the new one we wanted and they had in stock would fit per specs of existing one. He was courteous and thorough in explaining the pricing and what went into it and gave us a very good price per the MFSR price (which in the appliance game seems to be the starting point and its goes down, or up, from there, depending on delivery, install, disposal of old appliance). I was very please with th sales aspect. Need to see how the delivery and install goes, but so far its a very, very good start.

My wife and I were looking for a new dishwasher and Gerhard's had the exact model we wanted in stock and at the lowest price we had seen. Plus they were offering even more off with a mail-in rebate. I called and spoke to a sales associate named Ian who was very easy to work with and very helpful making sure we had everything needed to install our new dishwasher. We can not wait to get our new dishwasher and will be doing business with Gerhard's again after this great experience.
