I drove there tonight with my husband, prepared to buy about 26k of appliances, there was one employee and one customer when we arrived, we got nothing for 35 minutes but ignored, my husband went to track employee down and he was showing the customer pics on his phone and laughing, we left. This is why no one bothers going to stores anymore, treated as if we were ghosts

Displeased with customer service. Employee attitude. Terrible refund and return policy.

Dishwasher lasted 14 months. Repairman said it was damaged during installation, which Gerhards did! Gerhards is not willing to do anything to correct this!

Sold a Dehumidifier that didn’t work, told service man would call week to 10 days, called 2weeks later no call, was told call manufacturer! They suck!

Ordered refridge, 2 weeks later, never came. Tried to del sub model that was $700 cheaper. No credit for order. Funny, called another appliance dealer and had model I wanted installed next day. Thieves!! Don't trust them

Purchased my entire kitchen appliances from them several years ago and was very pleased. On October 16, I went and purchased a new washer and dryer. I was told that they couldn’t deliver until October 21st. When they delivered on the 21st, the dryer door was shattered. We, of course, refused delivery. I immediately called the store to get a replacement. I was told on that day that they had plenty of stock but unfortunately they don’t deliver on weekends so the earliest I could get it would be Tuesday, October 25th. I called at 9:00 on Monday, the 24th to set up a delivery time. They,of course, had to call me back. Brianna informed me that they would deliver the new one on Wednesday, October 26th and that I would receive a call Tuesday afternoon to confirm a timeframe. Never received a call. Called 9:00 Wednesday morning and spoke to yet another salesperson. That person told me that Anthony or Kelly in delivery would call me back in 10 - 15 minutes. No call. After 4 hours, I called back and spoke to Kelly in delivery who proceeded to tell me that “someone” from Doylestown was supposed to call me and discuss “options.” She then transferred me to Doylestown. So now I’m talking to someone in Doylestown who says she doesn’t know why they transferred me to their store and there is no record of a new dryer being “ordered” and was there a convenient time NEXT WEEK for me to schedule delivery. I have no dryer….washing my clothes and hanging them on my fence to dry…which is impossible in this weather. Absolutely no one in Gerhard’s has taken responsibility and doesn’t seem in any hurry at all to get me my dryer. It’s a shame… I like to shop at local family owned businesses instead of big box stores but will never go back to them after this experience.

Totally disconnected and disjointed in their internal operations. Store team confirms product is available, can be picked up from the warehouse. Warehouse doesn’t have the product and says it’s still in transit. Then wait for hours/days for them get a clarity of it reached the warehouse or not. Wish Trustpilot allowed me to give ‘ZERO’ star.

Paid almost $3k for a gas range. Provided measurements and pictures and scheduled installation 2.5 weeks later. The installer immediatley, within seconds told me he couldn’t install. Had sales and delivery communicated, perhaps I’d have what I paid for. The sales person and manager took more than a day to tell me that they could install 2 weeks later, because apparently only one person in the Philadelphia area is qualified to install this gas range. This company has decades of experience, and they know ONE GUY. Or, more likely, they were too lazy or cheap to look for alternatives bc it was me holding the bag. Their solution was that I could pay a few hundred dollars more for a different product I didn’t want. They literally suggested they could do it if I paid more. Avoid this company at all costs.
