I purchased my washer and dryer from Gerhard's and purchased a service contract through them. Gerhard's service technician, Shawn Appleby was at my home within a day or two to access the problem and a week later was back with parts to fix the issues. Shawn was very professional and on time! I wish I would have purchased all my home appliances through Gerhard's!

My delivery crew Radames and Juan explained everything and were in and out in a flash, taking care of everything.

I was meeting the delivery guys for my friends who were not able to be there to get their appliances. Jamal and his crew were very nice and on time. Great Service.

I recently purchased my second major appliance from Gerhard's. In store service was great, though I recommend checking out the website first as much more is available than what can fit on the floor. I bought my dryer sight unseen and have been very happy. Prices are better than the box stores and delivery is always a breeze. My delivery person, Jamal, was knowledgeable and super friendly. He was in and very quickly, but never rushed. It's obvious he takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend purchasing from Gerhard's

Radames and Juan were excellent when they delivered my refrigerator! The first one we bought would not fit through the back door or the doorway in the house and they knew that right away just by looking and then they pulled out the tape measure and showed my husband that it was almost two inches too big. Back to the store we went and Ally help me exchange the bigger one for a smaller one without a lot of hassle with paperwork. Then luckily Radames and Juan delivered the second one and carefully placed the refrigerator into the cabinet spot. Then they cleaned the wrappings and cardboard up and showed us how to work the water filter, ice machine and told us to not drink the water until it ran clean or use the first ice tray due to flushing the system. Nicole was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right appliances for our kitchen renovation. Jamal delivered the refrigerator today and Justin installed the dishwasher. Both Jamal and Justin arrived when they said they would, were professional and neat, and didn't leave until they were sure I was confortable with how the appliances worked. Gerhards is a pleasure to work with!

Gerhards is a great place to shop. My grandparents recently bought a refrigerator from the company. We were treated like family from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left. We even got a follow up call a few days after delivery to see how we were doing. We will be going back to Gerhards for any and all of our appliances from now on.
